Who we are
Flash House is a photography studio at 1300 Avenida de Mesilla, Suite 220, Las Cruces, NM, and the maker of the Flash House app — gallery hosting, booking, and business tools for photographers. Questions about anything on this page: call or text (575) 640-6552.
Studio sessions
Booking a session reserves your time slot; the $50 deposit is due at the studio and comes off your session price. Reschedule free with 24+ hours' notice — your reservation moves with you. If you miss a session without notice, the deposit covers the held time.
You get the usage rights to your delivered photos. Use them anywhere — LinkedIn, print, ads. We may ask permission before using a photo of you in our own marketing, and you can say no.
The Flash House app — your work is yours
Everything you upload stays yours: your photos, your clients, your business. We claim no rights over your work beyond what's needed to store it and serve it to the people you share it with.
You can export any gallery at any time — full-resolution zip downloads are built into every plan, including the free one.
If you cancel a paid plan, your account drops to the free plan rather than disappearing. If you delete your account, we keep your galleries downloadable for 30 days so you can take everything with you, then remove them from storage.
Plans and founding pricing
The free plan is free for good — not a trial. Founding members keep the $20/month Pro price for as long as their subscription stays active, no matter where public pricing goes later.
Until automated billing ships, subscriptions are managed personally by the studio. You'll never be charged silently: any change to what you pay is agreed with you first.
Fair use
Don't upload content you don't have rights to, anything illegal, or anything that isn't photography-business related. Storage limits are per plan; if you're bumping into them, talk to us — we'd rather size a plan to you than cut you off.
We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people. We'll always tell you why.
The honest fine print
The app is young and improving weekly. We work hard to keep everything up and backed up (originals live on enterprise object storage), but we can't promise perfection — keep your own copies of irreplaceable originals, like every working photographer should.
These terms may change as the product grows; when they do, the date below changes and meaningful changes get announced to account holders by email.
