What we collect
Booking a session: your name, email, phone, and session details — so your photographer knows who's coming and how to reach you.
Joining the app's early-access list: your name and email. That's it, and it's used for launch news only.
Using the app as a photographer: your account details, your galleries, your bookings, and your client contact info as you enter it.
We don't run third-party ad trackers, and we don't use analytics that follow you around the internet.
What we do with it
Run the service: deliver galleries to the clients you share them with, put bookings on calendars, send the emails you'd expect (confirmations, login details, launch news you asked for).
Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information or your clients' information — to anyone, ever.
Your galleries stay private
Client galleries live in private storage — no public bucket, no guessable links. Access runs through PIN-protected pages or time-limited signed URLs. A gallery is only public if its owner explicitly publishes it.
Photographers' client lists are visible only to that photographer and studio administration — never to other users.
Cookies
We use exactly the cookies needed to keep you signed in — session cookies for the photographer portal and admin. No advertising cookies, no cross-site anything.
Deleting your data
Want your info gone — a booking record, an early-access signup, or a whole account? Call or text (575) 640-6552 or ask through the portal, and we'll remove it. Account deletion keeps galleries downloadable for 30 days first so you can export everything.
